This upcoming week is going to be exam week. It is going to be exciting to see so many people at the library. I’m just kidding. I’m really bored right now because there is nothing to do. I want to watch television, but there is nothing interesting to watch. Tomorrow I’m going to watch the football games on television. The Pittsburg Steelers are playing the New England Patriots in football. One of the players on the Steelers team gauranteed that they would win. I hope they will because they are my favorite team. I was born in Pittsburg, and I have been rooting for them ever since I was six years old. Well I’m out. Bye!
It is the first day back at school, and I hate it. I don’t want to be back at all. I love being lazy and just watch t.v. all day. I want it to be the weekend already. I have to much work to do, and I don’t feel like doing anything at all. That is the problem with going on break. After it, you don’t feel like doing anything. I wish I could just be rich and go to school for fun. Anyways, I am going to the Chicago Bulls game tomorrow. That should be fun, but I don’t want to go in the cold. It is getting really cold lately, and I don’t feel like going outside at all. I just want to stay inside where it is very warm. I wish the whole school was indoor, that would be great for the winter. Thanksgiving break so far has been wonderful. It has been really relaxing and fun. My family and I went many places which included Navy Pier and the Museum of Science. Navy Pier was really fun, but the Museum of Science was okay. I get kind of bored after a while, but saw an IMAX movie on mummies which was interesting. We were planning to go the Field Museum, but it didn’t get a chance. My dad wanted to take my sister-in-law to all these places because she loves these types of events. She loves to learn. Her and my brother got married in September, and she has been a great addition to our family. It is kind of weird having a girl in the family, but I like it. Anyways I am tired of writing on here, so I am out. Bye!
I am trying to find classes for next semester. I have chosen four classes already, but I need to find one more. Hopefully I will get all the classes I want, but I know I prolly will not. My counselor told me that the communications class are chosen quick, so it probably would be hard to get the teacher that I want. There is only one problem with my future schedule. That is that I will have quizzes every friday, which means I have to study every thursday. This is not what I wanted, but I will have to do. Now on to better things. I had a great weekend. Today is Loyol’s first basketball game. I really wanted to go and watch it, but I have too much work today. If I finish my work soon, then I will go and watch the game. so far this week has gone by fast. It seems like every week is going by really fast. It’s already November 6, and in a month we will be on break. I like the way college works, but I hate the fact that this can make or ruin your life. What I mean by that, is that their is so much pressure to do well because this is when school really matters. Depending on how you do, you will either make a lot of money or not. Well that is the case most of the time. There are some examples where people make a lot of money even when they did terrible in school, but that happens rarely. I’m kind of scared about what I’m going to be and how much I’m going to make. However, as long as I’m happy that is what matters. Atleast I hope so. Well I’m out, bye!
I don’t know what to do tonight. Yesteday after class, I went home. Later that night I went to go see “American Gangster” with a friend of mine. I really liked the movie. I thought that the actors did a good job, and that the story was really interesting. It was about a man named Frank Lucas who sold heroin during the 80s. He was a big drug dealer that use to import his merchandise from Vietnam. This was possible by the help of his cousin’s ex-husband, who was part of the military. They would send the drugs inside dead soldiers’ coffins. He eventually got caught because a cop found out where he hid all of his drugs. When the police caught him, they seized over 250 million dollars in assets. Frank Lucas was supposed to end up serving 70 years in jail, but got it reduced to 15 years after snitching on corrupt cops. When he got out of jail after serving 3 years, he went back into the drug game, and was sentenced to serve another 7 years. I don’t know why people don’t just become good after going to jail. Jail is not a place that I would ever like to go to. Oh well, I think I’m going to get off of here now. I’m going to call up my friends and see what they are doing. Have fun, bye!
My dad came this weekend to visit me. The weekend was pretty fun I must say. On Friday I saw the movie We Own The Night something like that. I really liked the movie because it had to do with the Russian mob running New York. It was funny to see how they insulted the police by calling them Mickey Mouse. In the end the police win, but it was still very interesting. On Saturday I just relaxed ll day and watched t.v. In the night a lot of my cousins came over and we had dinner. After that I went to sleep. Today I woke up and my dad left back to Ohio. Later tonight I am going back to Loyola. That’s my weekend. Bye!
This week has been very easy for me. So far I have had barely any homework, or anything to do. I wish it could be like this forever, but I know starting next week it’s goin to get harder. I got to start studying more, and start paying more attention in class. I can’t wait for the weekend. I’m so tired of school. I just want to watch t.v and hang out with friends. I need to study a lot for math and correct my paper for writing class. After that I will be able to just sit back and do nothing for the rest of the week. I really don’t have anything to talk about, and I am just trying to add words to make the post longer. Just this last sentence and I am done. Bye!
I went home this weekend. I’m currently in the suburbs at my mom’s place. I need to do a lot of study for my upcoming exam, but I keep on getting distracted. Every time I want to study, I just end up watching television. I watched “What A Woman Wants” today, and it was very interesting. I wish I could read minds. That would be very fun. I don’t know why people always flip out when they get some unusual power of some sort. They always act crazy, and don’t want it. I would love to have that kind of power an would embrace it. I want to just hurry up and do all my homework so I can just go and play some basketball. Later tonight I plan on going to a haunted house hopefully. I might not, who knows. Oh well, I’m out. It is midnight and I still have a lot of studying to do. I seem to never get focused until it is really late at night. I feel the need to waste on facebook, hip hop websites, or even other websites that interest me. Tomorrow I have to quizes, both of which I am still not prepared for. Those classes are general biology and the lab. I hate science. I have never been interested in it, but still try to succeed in it. For next semester, I decided I’m going to persue a degree in which I am interested in. I plan on entering the school of business this coming fall, and major in finance. Hopefully it will be what I hoped for, and will excell in it.
